Pixelart & COVID-19: How We're Helping Our Affected User Community
Help For Our Users Who Need It
As the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation develops, all of our lives are going to be profoundly affected in ways we’ve probably never experienced or expected. Everyone you know is gearing up for what could be a long period of uncertainty about their businesses, communities, and family health. During this time of crisis we know our role is not to bombard you with unnecessary, irrelevant information, but to do our best to help you adapt to our changing reality.
Many in our user community are going to have to react quickly to radical shifts to their business. Here’s how we want to help:
1. We’re crediting the accounts of existing customers who have been radically affected
If you’ve had to halt business and close your doors as a public safety measure, let us and know and we’ll credit your account. Please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. It’s business as usual (kind of) for Pixelart
We’ve also shifted to remote work, but our service is still running as normal, with all our regular channels open if you need support.
3. We’ve made some digital signage COVID-19 awareness resources for you to use
If your premise is either able, or under instruction from authorities, to remain open right now - you may be considering using your screen to share public health awareness information. We’ve put together some materials you can use.
A collection of Google slides templates with health recommendations from the CDC and WHO. Access is free to anyone who wants them, in English and Spanish. Find everything in this Google Drive folder. Instructions for downloading are included in both languages.

4. We’re making Pixelart free for hospitals for the rest of the year
Hospitals can use Pixelart CMS for free for the rest of 2020.
